Ball mill , also known as mining ball grinding machine , is one of the commonly used equipment in mining production. It is mainly used to crush and grind ore. The mining ball mills produced by Hongji are widely used in various ore beneficiation lines, and products can be customized for customers.

Applied to the grinding of finished products in cement plants, and also suitable for grinding various ores and other grindable materials in industrial

and mining enterprises such as metallurgy, chemical industry, and power industry.

Working principle

The material passes through the feeding section and enters the cylinder section. The grinding medium (steel balls/ceramic balls) in the cylinder body will generate centrifugal force with the material as it rotates. When the medium is lifted to a certain height, it will be thrown down according to gravity. Under the impact and stripping effect of the grinding medium on the material, the material will be crushed. The crushed material will be discharged out of the machine through the discharge port with the help of the thrust of the feeding and flushing water, thus completing the entire grinding process.
The ball mill consists of main parts such as feeding section, discharging section, rotating section, and transmission section (reducer, small transmission gear, motor, electric control). The hollow shaft is made of cast steel and the inner lining can be replaced. The rotating large gear is processed by casting gear hobbing, and the cylinder body is embedded with wear-resistant lining plate, which has good wear resistance. The machine runs smoothly and reliably.
