Working principle of ceramic ball mill
Step 1 :
When the cylinder rotates, the material blocks and steel balls in the cylinder are brought to a certain height by the lining plate due to friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. They are thrown down due to gravity, and the materials are gradually crushed under the action of impact and grinding.
Step 2:
The crushed ore materials are discharged out of the cylinder through the discharge part. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the unqualified materials pass through the combined feeder and then return to the ceramic ball mill to continue grinding.
Step 3:
The feeder feeds materials continuously and evenly, and the ore enters the ceramic ball mill continuously and evenly through the combined feeder, and then the qualified materials are continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill.
