Jaw crushers are mainly used as primary crushers. Their main purpose is to reduce rocks to smaller sizes for the next crushing stages. Jaw crushers are a popular alternative to primary gyratory crushers, since they can process large amounts of hard material efficiently. Due to their smaller physical size, which takes advantages of high efficiency, strong crushing ability and low investment costs. Jaw crushers are also ideal for tight spaces, such as underground mining and mobile crushing applications.

Applied material : Rock, gravel, different kinds of ore, fireclay, slag and other hard materials.
The working mode of this series of crushers is driven extrusion type, and its working principle is: the electric motor drives the belt and pulley, and the movable jaw moves up and down through an eccentric shaft. When the movable jaw rises, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw increases, thereby pushing the movable jaw plate closer to the fixed jaw plate. At the same time, the material is crushed or split to achieve the purpose of crushing; When the movable jaw descends, the angle between the elbow plate and the movable jaw decreases. Under the action of the tension rod and spring, the movable jaw plate separates from the fixed jaw plate, and the crushed material is discharged from the lower outlet of the crushing chamber. As the electric motor continues to rotate, the crusher's jaw undergoes periodic motion to crush and discharge materials, achieving mass production.
